What types of activities will the intern do: Equinox Guiding Services is excited to offer a summer internship opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor adventure and eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. As an AMGA-accredited company, our internship program provides a unique learning environment where interns will work closely with experienced guides and educators.
Responsibilities:
Assist in Guided Adventures: Shadow and support certified guides during rock climbing and outdoor excursions.
Outdoor Education: Contribute to educational programs, helping participants develop outdoor skills and environmental awareness.
Logistical Support: Assist in trip preparation, equipment management, and logistical coordination.
Customer Engagement: Interact with clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all participants.
Safety Protocol Implementation: Learn and implement safety procedures in accordance with AMGA standards.
Community Outreach: Engage with the outdoor adventure community, promoting Equinox Guiding Services and our commitment to excellence.
