What types of activities will the intern do: Apprentices would learn about the sailing and maintenance of this historic ship. They would also gain experience in the galley, preparing meals and cleaning up alongside the galley crew. Of course the largest portion of our time is spent with our guests, so apprentices would also learn about customer service as they interact with guests across the country.
